Step 1: Register For

Pickup

Sign up online or call (205) 790-1633 for your free pickup and delivery. We'll reach out to you to verify your details and schedule time. 

Step 2: Place Clothes In Designated Pick Up Location

Bag your clothes in your provided VIP route bags and hang them in your preferred pickup location.

Step 3: Enjoy Your Fresh, Clean Clothes

We'll deliver your clothes to your designated drop-off location on your specified delivery date!

• We will provide you with 1 VIP route bag with Customer ID bag tags
• Monthly Credit Card Billing - No cash, checks or CC's handled by driver
• You will be contacted by our accounting department to set-up Credit Card Billing

FAQ

Do I need to be at home?

No. When we deliver your order we'll hang it, knock the door and then leave.

How do I make payments?

We will put your credit card on file and then debit your card one time at the end of each month.

What if its raining?

There is no problem.

What do I do with extra large items like bedspreads?

Place them in an extra large leaf bag with cleaning instructions on the outside of the bag.

I missed my pick-up. what do I do?
